I was given the opportunity to design the holiday email campaign for Columbia Sportswear. I worked closely with an art director and copywriter to create a compelling campaign that would cross promote in store and online sales for the holiday season.

As a photographer I am always looking for interesting things to shoot. I find beauty in some of the ugliest places and make rooms light up. I Shoot all the time whether with my iPhone or my big Cannon photo rig. I have been behind a lens since 1998 and loving every minute of it.

C.C. Stern Type Foundry
Recently I had the unique opportunity to visit the C.C. Stern Type foundry. My wife, the evil genius of the family, met some of the owners and was invited to help out for an afternoon. Being the typography nerd I am I just had to come along… and when she told me a little more about the place I just had to bring my camera.
